Has fifteen years of experience in institutions closely related with Prisoners and their families in the national and international prison system. Through PFI – Prison Fellowship International, which CONFIAR-PF Portugal represents in Portugal, has contacted the APAC prisons and projects of Restorative Justice. He is a committed supporter of humanising the prison system and restructuring the resources for Social Rehabilitation.
